Khan Al-Khalili market and trying Koshary

We spent our last day in Cairo picking up souvenirs at the market and trying a very popular local dish called Koshary. It's a dieter's nightmare - loaded with carbs !! I think it was one of my husbands favorite dish in Egypt.
