Hope you like your "Mint Puddle"

I bought Nick an ice-cream birthday cake from Bi-Rite Creamery and I put it in the ..........FRIDGE. Argh!!
By the time I pulled it out to celebrate his birthday, it was *almost* a mushy puddle.
